4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically completed within two (2) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within four (4) hours. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4.5 bk96 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity has been detected.
4.6 Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method in your own name. bk96 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
5.1 bk96 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. 5.2 Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
5.3 bk96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in, bk96 will honour reasonable accrued progress under the promotion at the time of withdrawal.
